This home owner could not enjoy her deck due to the summer heat, direct sun light and pesky mosquitoes. My solution was to build a screened porch with roof structure and ceiling fan.
Deck Construction with recessed hot tub platform
Remove the old existing structure and enlarge to 3 times the original size. The greatest enhancement is the overall size, custom made bench seats and the main focal point is the recessed hot tub platform in the middle of the deck.
